A former CTO with over 15 years in technology and investment-driven environments, David operates at the intersection of systems, capital, and execution. He does not look at opportunities as narratives. He breaks them down into structure, incentives, and defensibility.
His mandate covers strategy, M&A evaluation, business planning, marketing direction, and operational control. Every decision is filtered through one question: does this create durable advantage, or just temporary motion?

Oren is Co-Founder of ORDA INVEST, with roots deep in the technology industry before real estate became his operating arena. His background was built in cybersecurity, critical systems, and high-responsibility environments where failure is not theoretical and execution quality is non-negotiable.
Across consulting, government-focused cyber advisory, and encryption-driven infrastructure work, Oren developed a framework for risk, resilience, and decision speed. He applies that same framework to acquisitions, asset positioning, and portfolio construction across U.S. and Israeli markets.
His mandate covers investment selection, partner alignment, operational oversight, and growth planning. He prioritizes clarity over noise: identify where risk is mispriced, move with conviction when the structure is right, and avoid deals that cannot withstand stress in real operating conditions.
